Inflicting Tune Strain - Shifting increases the Resonator's total DMG dealt by 40% for 30s. Dealing Tune Break DMG grants 30% All-Attribute DMG Bonus plus an additional 30% Aero DMG Bonus to all Resonators in the team for 30s.
Wants a team that can both apply Tune Strain - Shifting and convert it into Tune Break. Only the All-Attribute half is universal; the second bonus pays out in full to Aero damage dealers.

This reset is much less flexible than it first appears. The Scale of Heart and Soul now has the Qingxiao and Denia core it previously foreshadowed, while The Eye That Gazes into the Abyss clearly rewards Hiyuki, Lucilla, and Suisui’s Glacio Chafe team. If you skipped the newer mechanic-specific characters, lower-rarity tokens may still be your most practical option.
The Lamp That Illuminates the Illusion carries no team recommendation this cycle. Four Preparation stacks take eight separate Shield gains, and no rotation has been verified in game, so the slot is left open rather than filled with a guess.
